they don't make me fall asleep but I sleep well when I take them
I really like these. I don't take them all the time but I do feel like when I take them, I get a very restful sleep. I might not fall asleep any faster, but I feel more refreshed when I wake up after I've taken them.

They are ummm
They are ok not strong still trying to figure out if it works or not took 2 nights in Row nothing else and doing don't notice any sleepy affect
